Rauminhalt: design for your personal living space
The Rauminhalt furniture gallery is in the so-called "Freihaus-Viertel", in the heart of Vienna's 4th district. Here the visitor finds exclusive furniture by national and international designers, displayed in an area of 120 mē, and can call on the comprehensive consultancy services. Rauminhalt specialises in designs from 1945 to 1985.
Tailored living concepts
Working together with architects, Rauminhalt also offers interior design concepts for apartments and houses, together with designs for trade fair stands and exhibition spaces. In this way the architectural exterior is continued into the interior space, forming a unified whole. In this field, Rauminhalt collaborates closely with the respective client to ensure that his visions are realised.
A space for architectural designs
Austria has produced many internationally renowned architects, but only a few people know that these architects have also designed furniture. This field is a speciality at Rauminhalt. In the summer of 2002 Harald Bichler presented the "Roland Rainer Furniture" exhibition at his premises. The great interest generated by this five-week event established the basis for a series of exhibitions on furniture designed by Austrian architects after 1945.
